When are people talking about me?
If you're wondering what the best time to post a new Tweet or Facebook message is, you could try your Fingerspitzengefühl, or believe an article you read somewhere. But the good thing about Engagor is you can actually find out when people are talking about your own industry, products or competitors. Every topic you set up in Engagor has a "Timeline" statistics page in Insights. This page shows you a breakdown of all the mentions we tracked for your topic per day of the week and per hour of the day.Via the advanced filter you can even view these statistics for a certain period of time, filter on a certain country, in a certain language, only for a positive or negative sentiment, or any combination of these and other parameters.
Timing your posts accordingly
You can then use this information to decide when it's best to post new messages on your Facebook or Twitter accounts. Via the Engagor Publisher you can even schedule these messages when you've got the time, and we'll post them to your social profiles when the time is right.Learn more about the basics of the Engagor Publisher.
If you open the Publisher (Inbox > New Post), and click "Advanced" you can click the "Edit" Link next to "When" and change the date the message will be posted from Immediately to any date in the future. Once you've set a date, you'll see the submit button change from "Publish" to "Schedule" and thus add the message to the queue.
If you click the "Drafts/Queue" tab in the Publisher, you get an overview of all messages waiting to be published on a certain date, including messages queued by your coworkers.
